What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment has been starting my own company and partnering with some wonderful businesses and non-profits.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The hardest thing is the uncertainty that comes with being a small business. When clients face difficult decisions, those hardships are often passed on to us.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Stick with it. Things will be difficult, but that makes everything more rewarding in the end.
  2. Believe in yourself even when others might not know that you are your strongest support system.
  3. Establish a network of other business owners that can help fill in the gaps when you need assistance on products or are looking for more clients.
