What's your business, and who are your customers?

As a publicist, I'm constantly striving to help my clients reach their goals and objectives. I work with a variety of organizations, from small startups to large corporations. I specialize in creating media strategies that are tailored specifically to each client's needs, from crafting press releases and media pitches to building relationships with journalists and influencers. My ultimate goal is to help my clients achieve their desired exposure and create meaningful connections with their target audience.

Tell us about yourself

In 2011, the Financial Crisis had a devastating impact on many businesses. In the face of adversity, I became a business owner out of necessity and started my PR firm. This was not only an opportunity to become my own boss but also to enter an industry that would provide me with stability and growth potential. My determination to succeed paid off as I was able to make connections with key individuals in the industry and develop strategies for success. With hard work and dedication, I established a successful PR firm that continues to thrive today.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

As a publicist and business owner, I am proud to say that my biggest achievement has been to successfully launch multiple campaigns for high-profile clients in the entertainment industry. From securing media coverage for television shows and movies to organizing press junkets and interviews, I have created strategies that have resulted in positive publicity for my clients. My work has also helped increase their online reach and visibility.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Being a business owner can be a challenging but rewarding experience. From managing finances to staffing, business owners must face numerous obstacles every day. One of the most difficult aspects of owning a business is making sure there is enough capital to cover expenses while still generating an income. Additionally, business owners must stay up-to-date with changing technology, regulations, and market trends in order to remain competitive and successful.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
