Tell us about yourself
Personally, my professional background includes 27 years working in IT, high tech, and digital marketing. I have four patents in product management for SaaS platforms, headed Facebook advertising for a startup in Palo Alto, and spent 11 years in various at IBM. I love digital marketing, creating client solutions, and empowering clients' successes. I started MediaMagic on November 19th, 2019, after declining an offer to work for Oracle. Clients. Progress. Winning. Success. Solving Problems. Marketing outcomes and results. Happy Clients. Great Teamwork. These ALL motivate every day to wake up with passion.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishments have been in selling startups in M&As or being part of the M&A process. Seeing a startup going from Seed to Acquisition... it's very cool.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Just read "The Hard Thing About Hard Things" by Ben Horowitz.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Hire the right team 1st. Never give up. Always pivot and be flexible to change your business strategy and tactics = adapt to the dynamics of the marketplace.
