What's your business, and who are your customers?

I’ve been a personal trainer, holistic wellness coach, and sports nutritionist for over ten years. I bring my services online as a WORLDWIDE FITNESS COACH! I train/coach clients of all ages and help them achieve any goals they have. My mission is to inspire by getting people to wake up every day and take care of their bodies. To help them love and appreciate every single moment of their life. My social media content is also designed to enlighten, motivate and make people smile because my motto is “If you’re not excited, Get Excited!”

Tell us about yourself

At the darkest moments in my life, I decided that I needed to make a change. I went through a massive life transformation losing 100 pounds, and radically changed all aspects of my life. Through this transformation, I realized the profound effect that it had on my outlook and perspectives. That’s when I knew in my heart that I wanted to dedicate my life to helping people achieve the same. The power of social media allows me to reach a wider audience. I intend to spread loving, positive, radiant energy to every human being I meet and collectively raise vibrations for all humanity.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I have had many great successes throughout my career. I owned and operated a gym for over six years that helped people find sustainable lifestyles. That experience leveled me up, and now I bring my expertise to the online world. I’m so proud of my loyal following, who loves and appreciates the content I create. I work hard every day to continue on this beautiful mission to inspire and spread love to all.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

As a business owner, I learned early on that problems never seemed to stop occurring. I made a big change when I took the word “problem” and turned it into “opportunity.” When you can start to see all your problems as opportunities, the whole game changes; the challenge is to be able to show up every day and put forth your best effort regardless of how you are “feeling.” Sometimes you need to acknowledge your feelings, but you can’t let them dictate your actions. It’s that consistency that I have struggled with, but I have made tremendous gains with that new mindset that all the universe gives us are opportunities, not problems.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

The Top 3 pieces of advice that I could give to a new business owner, as I just mentioned, is that all the problems you face are opportunities. Every single opportunity you get is designed to help you grow. The second tip is never to forget the vision. HOLD THE VISION! For there’s a reason why you started. It’s easy to get down on yourself and look at the mountain you need to climb, but having that strong vision will be your backbone in any circumstance you will encounter. Finally, focus on the task at hand. It’s easy to look at a to-do list and get overwhelmed, but a journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step. Chip away, and you’ll get there. The more organized and detailed systems you have with your business, the more efficient it will be.
