Tell us about yourself

My name is Megan Leise, and I am the owner of Middle West Apparel. I was motivated to start this business because I saw a need for women's clothing that not only looked great but also made women feel great. I believe that clothing can be a powerful tool for self-expression and empowerment, and I wanted to create a brand that reflected those values. What motivates me each day is knowing that my business is helping women feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner so far has been launching Middle West Apparel and seeing the positive response from our customers. It's been incredibly rewarding to see women feel empowered and confident in our clothing and to know that I am making a difference in their lives.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner is the constant need to adapt and evolve. The business world is always changing, and it's important to stay ahead of the curve and be willing to make changes when necessary. It can also be challenging to balance all of the different aspects of running a business, from marketing and sales to finances and operations.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

My top 3 tips for anyone looking to start, run, and grow a business today would be:

  1. Believe in yourself and your vision - it's important to have a clear idea of what you want to achieve and to believe that you can make it happen.
