What's your business, and who are your customers?
We help good companies become great with digital marketing. Our customers are good companies who are doing something meaningful and worthy. And my team and I help them streamline their PPC in a way to help them achieve more with less. More revenue, leads, and profit, with less stress, time, and hustle.
Tell us about yourself
I run an agency called NNPARTNERS, I have been doing PPC marketing for the past seven years, and my business partner and I decided to start our agency two years ago. I've first started doing some marketing back when I was at the university, and I never looked back since then. For me, digital marketing is really a sweet spot between art and science, and I enjoy doing it a lot. I love helping others, especially if they are doing something meaningful. And by far, the biggest one for me is my love of the craft. I love what I do, and I enjoy every moment of it.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The success of our client that we had this year. We helped them completely turn the tables and go from almost broke to 3 consecutive months of the best performance in the company's history. They are doing online education in the UK.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Manage expectations. I think this is one of the hardest things to do, but it is also vital for success. Expectations between business partners, clients, employees, and contractors, all in a constantly changing environment, may be really challenging sometimes.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Don't wait for the perfect moment or an opportunity - just do it and adjust as you go. I've realized this along the way, but it is the mastery of showing up that makes all the difference. Prolific beats perfect. So go out there and create, build, and try. Don't be afraid to make mistakes, be honest and willing to learn, and you will get there.
