What's your business, and who are your customers?
We provide e-commerce shopfronts and a marketplace where shop owners can get more sales via SEO and paid ad traffic. Our customers range from entrepreneurs to hobbyists.
Tell us about yourself
The business started when I was living in Japan. At the time, my business partner and I had several other brands in the e-commerce space. With COVID-19 spreading, it naturally evolved into what it is today. My biggest motivation is knowing we're solving real problems for real people.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The happy comments, feedback, and smiles we get from our customers.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Time management. There isn't enough time in the day.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Be curious, cautious, and strong. Explore every possible facet of business practices, don't fall for scams; if it's too good to be true, it probably is - and lastly, keep strong. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was any successful business.
