Locally and privately owned Physical Therapy and Wellness office where people can find the most competent and caring therapists to help them heal from injuries and surgeries or take their fitness and wellness programs to the next level. Cutting-edge fitness and rehabilitation for weekend warriors, joint replacements, and professional athletes.
We are experts in Yoga therapeutics, Pilates, pelvic floor PT, vestibular issues, trigger point dry needling, ergonomics, blood flow restriction therapy, and so much more!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Having such a wonderful reputation in this great town.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The reimbursement rates from insurance companies continue to go down every year, making it harder to retain employees as inflation continues to be a reality; we make less every year, and all the while, the insurance companies get richer and richer.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Make sure you’re not reliant on medical insurance reimbursements, offer a good work-life balance for your employees (office culture is everything), and do it in a place you could see yourself living for years to come (unless, of course, it is a virtually run company).
