What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a hospitality consulting and restaurant management company. Our customers range from local mom-and-pop restaurants to corporate restaurant chains.

Tell us about yourself

I have always loved the hospitality industry and have been working in restaurants and bars for the past 13 years. My partner and I decided to start our company in 2021 when we realized that there were many restaurants, bars, and event spaces that needed help. What motivates me to continue my work is knowing that I am making a real difference in people’s lives.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

It’s hard to say what my biggest accomplishment as a business owner is, but I suppose I’d say it was just starting my business, getting my first client, and generating positive results for them. That was an incredible feeling.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

One thing that I’ve learned through being a business owner is that everything is your responsibility. Being an owner is very rewarding, but it can, at times, be a lot of pressure.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be prepared to adapt and change.
  2. Timing is key - but don’t be afraid to get started.
  3. Don’t let perfection get in the way of the process.
