Tell us about yourself

I grew up in "La Provence" county in the South of France & Monaco. Former Professional Athlete key member of cycling and triathlon teams, I dedicated my outstanding resilience to the Fashion and Sports industry for over two decades. I held CEO, EVP Strategy & Business Development, SVP of Global Sales, Managing Director, and Leadership position. I set global growth in all key business areas such as international management, distribution, e-commerce, B2B and B2C. But always with a thinking-forward vision on creativity and art. "I always stay very late every day, to design and develop fashion clothes, sports, designs." After several decades doing this, I decided to turn my career and created PARTCH and reinvent how art and fashion blend with one another.

It's 2019; I participated in a networking event in Brickell, the business heart of Miami, FL - United-States. I was shocked by the lack of conversation among people, the distance among them. However, we are not in the middle of a pandemic yet. After a few weeks and months of working on an idea and not sleeping and as a creative and innovative mind, I come up with a new icebreaker idea immediately to launch a new luxury brand concept with one of the most innovative in fashion and art.

What would happen if I were to show up at a social event with a Luxury Fashion Apparel that stands out in such a powerful way to draw people into conversing with him? I did just that. A couple of days later, on a Business Chic Event and Fashion Show in New York City, I show up in Style with a New Concept of Luxury Fashion Trucker Hat featuring a PARTCH-Clip Elegant Chic POP ART patch Designed by a friend artist.

The impact is immediate on both Men & Women. The new concept attracts conversations like never before. The distinguished Art Design blending in the Luxury Fashion Hat beauty arouses curiosity.
"Unlimited style in a second" is born.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My greatest accomplishment as a business owner, founder, and designer is to have day after day looking and working so hard for what I could create as a unique brand to have a different brand. "The must-have." This was the first step but one of the most important, which allows every day to give satisfaction between the creative feel and the customers through the collaboration with world-class artists.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest and most important things to know is that you are alone. You will have to deal with the unexpected, false joys, long working hours, and criticism of what you throw even if you have help. Resilience is really an important step. Your success will depend solely on how strong you are in absorbing the shocks. You win; you have to work harder the next day to win again. You lose; you have to work even harder the next day to win. Success comes through hard work, not just the first awesome order. Stay focused on your planning and strategies. Not to be demotivated by the people around you. Positive attitude.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. The first and most important thing is to develop something different from other companies and test it with any prototype in the real market and not just on the internet. As they say, having a "MUST HAVE." Feedback from people you don't know is the best feedback you can get on your survey and products because they are your future customers. Don't listen to your close friends and family; listen to the field, the market, your future customers. Think you have 1 million competitors; become not a new one, but the only one.
  2. The second thing is to value of your product, work, and services at their fair value and to prove to your customer that it is worth what they pay for. This means valuing your products and services at their fair value and not comparing their price to others on the market. Profit is important, but it comes with service. If your price is too low, you will find yourself unable to provide long-term service to your B2B and B2C customers. Quality first, the quantity will follow. SERVICE, SERVICE, and MORE SERVICE...this is the one thing that customers will always expect from you as a professional in your industry.
  3. Properly study your distribution strategy. Without this strategy and guide, you will quickly get lost in every discussion with true or false information about your market. It is also particularly important to know the story of your company and the trends it will continue to follow. The distribution policy is an integral part of the marketing strategy. But some people often ignore this step and keep it simple. Be strong and have charisma.
