What's your business, and who are your customers?

Patientopia is the Community Smoke Shop, where all are welcome to list their new smoke shop goods for sale on our marketplace. Our customers consist of anyone who enjoys Smoke Shop-related goods!

Tell us about yourself

I founded Patientopia out of a desire to create a realm wherein I could do what I truly love daily. It has proliferated into a Smoke Shop Community that inspires me to continue to build and persevere in what I hold, dearest.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner would have to be the fact that Patientopia has evolved to the point of carrying some of the biggest name brands in the Smoke Shop industry today. All while also encouraging and listing micro & unique brands as well!

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Understanding how to truly engage with & retain your customer base has been an interesting endeavor. Granted, we cannot advertise with Google Ads, etc., due to the industry we operate in.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
