Tell us about yourself

I am a Pilates instructor with a background in both ballet and contemporary dance. I have 10-year experience in multiple settings on an international level, having worked in a studio as well as corporate settings, with groups and on a one-to-one basis. Movement of some sort has always been present in my life, and it's something I'm always grateful for every day, whether it is for 10 minutes or a full hour. My mission is to inspire and help people to integrate movement into their daily life and witness change happening!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I cannot single out one particular event or achievement as for me there are no small or big wins. Everybody's journey is different, and creating a connection with people is what passionates me the most.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Having a business mindset doesn't come naturally to me, and it surely wasn't part of my Pilates teacher's training. So it's a lot of trial and error!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be focused on your journey. Look out for inspiration, and do not compare your progress to others.
  2. Show up and be consistent. You will have off days, but if you show up and own up to it, most likely, these will be the days you learn the most about your business (and yourself!)
  3. Keep learning, always and in any way, shape, or form you can.
