What's your business, and who are your customers?

We handcraft fresh daily plant-based vegan snack bars enrobed into organic chocolate. Our customers are busy individuals who are health conscious, savvy who appreciate top quality premium ingredients, and need a quick snack grab and go.

Tell us about yourself

I started in the fashion business, where I spent over two decades working with top designer brands and serving women from all over the world. They all had a mutual dominator of wanting to look and feel good. Often I listened to their health struggles and challenges, and I wanted to help because I needed to squeeze them into those chihuahua-sized dresses. I enjoy quality meals and snacks, and at first, I created Rawmanticchocolate as a passion project just for my family and friends. At the time, I thought I had the best job in the world because I was shopping every day. Now I know my job is much better because I can eat chocolate every day and share this love and good chocolate vibes with everyone.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Running a company where I can support my employees, and together we create magic every day.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Several challenges. Building a team was one of them. At Rawmanticchocolate, we create a very safe environment where everyone feels supported and is ready to grow.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
