Tell us about yourself
RedTruck Makeup got started because of a single passion for skincare and beauty. The feeling of confidence and self-empowerment makeup can give you is what I want to fill the world with. I want to help people one look at a time to feel their best.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being able to give back is the biggest accomplishment. I have been able to donate services to people who might be feeling down and out. RedTruck is here to lend a hand. Donating time and services to the charitable prom dress drive is one of my favorite moments so far. I can’t wait to continue adding memories like this to our business culture.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things as a business owner is knowing it is my sole responsibility to make sure my clients and contractors are taken care of.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Make a business plan, a real one, and break down the number and costs.
- Find the passion that will keep the business going.
- Care about the people you touch, those who work under you, and the different paths of life people walk. The more understanding of people you have, the better you can serve their needs.
