What's your business, and who are your customers?
I help owners of agencies and service businesses to grow, scale and sell. After selling my own advertising agency a few years ago, I became a consultant and guide to help others build the agency business that grants them the freedom they want in life.
Tell us about yourself
After earning my MBA and MS in Marketing, then working 10+ years helping other people build their businesses, I built, grew, and eventually sold my own seven-figure ad agency. I was surprised at how much my business was worth and set out to share my story to help other busy service business owners learn the true value of the asset they've built.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I recently finished writing the story of my own experience selling my service business and the learnings I've gained working with 200+ business owners in my book "Automatic Exit: Turn Your Service Business into a Sellable Asset."
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The emotional, personal, financial, and social ups and downs that are part of running a small team or a solopreneur gig.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
