Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Rose Noland, Founder of He's So Worth It Ministries, located in Martinsburg, WV, USA.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

He's So Worth It Ministries help women to live a full and abundant life through an intimate relationship with the God of the universe. This ministry is for anyone who…

  • Feels empty
  • Has tried the world's way of living a happy life without success
  • Desires a closer walk with God
  • Wants to learn how to relate to their invisible yet knowable Creator
  • Struggles with overwhelming emotions

We provide biblically based material so people can learn and apply the principles clearly delineated in Scripture. The truths found in God's Word do work if applied correctly and with the right attitude. It is our desire to come alongside and encourage women to apply His truths to their everyday life so that they will:

  • Develop and enjoy a more intimate relationship with their Creator
  • Be able to deal with their emotions in a godly way
  • Please and glorify God with every aspect of their life
  • Reap the rewards of abundant living
  • Realize living life God's way is certainly worth it!

Tell us about yourself

I, Rose Noland, started He's So Worth It Ministries in 2012 after I published my first book, "Our Knowable God." I felt compelled by God to get the Gospel message of His love and redemption to more people. I love to study the Bible and share what I have learned with others through teaching, discipling, speaking, and writing. I have over 25 years of experience and know how to communicate God's truths in a way that gives women the know-how to apply them specifically to their daily lives.

Although He's So Worth It Ministries is small compared to some; it has grown significantly over the last few years. It is so exciting to see women getting the help they need in relating to God. We've grown from less than100 followers to over 4000 in 2 years. Currently, this ministry is not a non-profit organization and may never become one. But as in any organization, it takes time and money to operate. This ministry will continue to provide free resources to help women grow in their walk with God as long as the Lord permits. Therefore, any financial support of the ministry would be greatly appreciated.

To help with the financial need, this ministry provides digital and audio resources at a very low cost in an online store. All proceeds go back into funding the ministry. People can also support this ministry by purchasing any of my books on Amazon or other sources. All book royalties go back into the ministry. I feel compelled to pass on the truths of how I achieved this abundant life to anyone who will listen. I want people to experience the joyous, meaningful, exciting, and secure life that Jesus Christ desires for each of us.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment, humanly speaking, is publishing an award-winning allegory, "The Master's Garden: An Allegory of Abiding in the Vine." More importantly, though, is that this ministry brings glory to my Lord and Savior and helps others to do the same.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Trusting that the time, effort, and money invested will be worth it. Not seeing the fruit of our labor is difficult for all of us. However, the Lord has allowed me to see that I am making a positive impact on others, and that has been enough to keep me persevering ahead. It's amazing to me that God had me name my ministry, He's So Worth It! He knew it would be a necessary reminder to help me not give up.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Serving others should be the primary motivator, not financial or personal gain.
  2. To passionately believe in their product or service.
  3. Keep the big picture in mind.
