What's your business, and who are your customers?

RoyaFit is a mobile fitness concierge service. I have a team of elite instructors and trainers that speak many languages.

We offer various fitness services, from personal training, team building, group fitness, meditation & sound healing, and online fitness programs. Our customers are luxury hotels, residential buildings, corporate groups, and individuals seeking elite fitness services.

Tell us about yourself

I taught my first fitness class at 13 years old and fell in love with all exercise's mental and physical benefits. I wanted to share this gift with the world. After working in corporate gyms for over 20 years, I decided to start my own business in training.

As soon as I left the corporate gym world, I connected with a friend in hospitality and built the dream team of elite trainers and instructors. RoyaFit luxury fitness concierge was born! What motivates me each day is seeing our clients' quality of life increase and living healthier, happier lives.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment in my business was pivoting and creating an online fitness business during the pandemic.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things for me as a business owner is working around the clock and wearing every hat in the business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Find something you are passionate about, and you will do it for free.
Don't be scared to jump, and don't wait any longer! Just get started, and you will figure it out as you go.
Keep your vision of what you want firm. Envision it! Don't think about where you are now.
