What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is Infertility treatment - IVF, ICSI, PGT-A, IUI, and complex robotic surgeries like Robotic-Assisted Resection of Endometriosis, Robotic Assisted multiple myomectomies, Robotic-assisted microsurgical tubal reversal, and robotic-assisted complex hysterectomy.
Tell us about yourself
I got interested in infertility treatment when I was a 3rd-year medical student > 30 years ago—still going very strong. I wake up at 5:00 AM and am very glad that I can work another day and help infertile couples!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I was able to help >1000 couples to have babies. We built our own state-of-the-art IVF center with 18000 sq feet of floor space through another company called Vanchi Properties LLC.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Finding adequate, well-trained, and motivated staff.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Has to be motivated.
- Ready to work hard without any complaints.
- Look out for opportunities to grow.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
This is the best thing I did in my life. Be independent and do what you wish to do for your patients.
