Tell us about yourself

To me, success is measured by progress and how I feel about my life every day. The more value I bring to the most people possible, the happiest I am. My energy and physical ability to live and work with passion and to the fullest bring me the most fulfillment on a daily basis. I like to set the bar for my goals high and then challenge myself to reach them.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner I consider my consistency in achieving my goals and meeting my quota financially and also as a person. I earn the trust of my clients for life. I often time feel like I become part of their families, and we keep in touch and build lifetime relationships. Their gratitude for what I do for them and their friends fills me up with gratitude for having them in my life.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Responsibility. Responsibility to hold myself to my standards with no deviation. Taking full responsibility for each and every situation which needs to be resolved in the best possible favor as a fiduciary to my clients. This turns at some point into a second nature. But it requires total dedication, discipline, and constant work on self-improvement, sticking to a healthy daily routine, and bringing the best you can bring to the table at any given moment.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Know what you want. Be ready to do everything that is required and more to become and be the best version of yourself. Always focus on the value you bring to the table and not on the outcome of what you do.
