What's your business, and who are your customers?

As a Pinterest Manager & Promoted Pin Strategist, I help high-performing business owners & content creators (like YOU) implement lead-generation growth plans, outsource their visibility & steadily grow their monthly revenue without tantrums over tech or trading sleep for success. I do this using my signature Pintastic Growth to Greatness framework implemented through my course program, amplifier coaching packages & rockstar done-for-you services.

Tell us about yourself

Known for my signature "Pintastic" approach and my extra dose of fun, I am dedicated to helping my clients to save a lot of time and transform their Pinterest from 0 to 100 in a record-breaking time. Examples of wins that my clients experienced are 1 million page views in a 30-day span, a 141% increase in monthly leads, and a 67% increase in revenue from Pinterest organically. There is nothing more rewarding to me than helping clients unleash the power of Pinterest and ensuring that businesses continue to thrive without overwhelm.

My solutions are designed to cover your Pinterest needs from A to Z. Name it, and I have it. There is a solution available for businesses of all sizes and all budgets. My obsession with finding the best Pinterest-related tools, systems, and strategies can make your business, brand, or blog as seamless and streamlined as possible. In any capacity you work with me, you'll be able to formulate holistic and effective strategies to help you lay out a strong base on Pinterest.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner has been my commitment to continue growing the agency's income, success, and impact. In 2020 we saw remarkable results but have seen near-double returns each subsequent year. I am beyond proud of this growth and the opportunities it presents for our team members. Additionally, furthering my success is my mission to employ more women each year by creating a work environment that is open to diverse perspectives and encourages upward mobility in their positions. This initiative will ensure our organization continues to amplify the importance of championing equality that then propagates into our greater communities.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

As a business owner, one of the hardest things you will inevitably face is the need for self-discipline and accountability. Successful entrepreneurs must constantly be accountable to themselves and their teams. They have to push themselves beyond their boundaries and stay motivated even when facing obstacles. It's easy to let yourself get distracted by other projects or hobbies, but it takes dedication to remain focused on your business goals. Another challenge that comes with running a business alongside self-discipline includes making decisions that may not always feel comfortable or popular. Business owners are tasked with making decisions quickly about investments, collaborations, contract terms, and more – often times these decisions involve significant financial commitment or risk-taking, which can be difficult for some people to handle.

Business owners also carry a great deal of responsibility as they are ultimately accountable for key operations within the organization, such as finance management, marketing strategy implementation, personnel development plans, and so on. When something goes wrong within any area of your business, it's important that you take ownership of those issues in order to correct them in an effective manner so your company remains profitable & successful in spite of any obstacles you might face.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Starting and growing a business today requires hard work and dedication, but it can be done! Here are my top three tips for achieving success in the world of entrepreneurship:

  1. Research: Researching your target market, potential competitors, and potential partners is crucial to launching and running a successful business today. Take the time to study trends in the industry, evaluate gaps in the marketplace that you could fill with your own product or service offering, and identify potential partnerships or collaborations that could help grow your brand faster than traditional marketing efforts – all of this research will prove invaluable as you start up and grow your business.
  2. Set Goals: Setting realistic goals for yourself is essential when starting a business today as it gives clarity on where you're heading as you build out an action plan for growth. Before putting pen to paper, consider what success looks like for you – whether it's increasing revenue by 25% within one year or expanding into new markets over another six months – having well-defined objectives can help guide decision-making processes as well as provide motivation during times of difficulty along the way.
  3. Consider What You Can Outsource/Automate: Taking advantage of automation tools or outsourcing certain tasks may free up some valuable time in which energy can then be invested elsewhere within the company's operations. Plus, it would also allow those with specialized knowledge to take care of certain aspects which may have been too difficult (or costly) for you personally manage otherwise. Automation solutions offer great opportunities for streamlining operational procedures allowing human resources to focus their attention on more important matters such as customer experience instead.

So to me, starting and growing a business entails a hard endeavor, but doing so also offers immense rewards both financially and emotionally if done correctly. Implementing these three tips should place budding entrepreneurs like yourself in good stead on studying trends instead placing much focus on passing fads!
