Netware Studio is a full-service digital agency located in San Diego; we offer a wide range of services, including web design and development, software and mobile app design and development, marketing, SEO, and branding. While we primarily cater to B2B clients, we are open to working with anyone who requires and can benefit from our expertise.

Tell us about yourself

My business partner and I founded Netware Studio in 2012, initially specializing in website design. The first two years were difficult, as we had to take on several pro bono projects to build our portfolio and establish our credibility with potential clients. Now, we have a team of 22 and offices in both San Diego and Dubai, serving a global network of clients. At Netware Studio, we relish the daily challenge of finding innovative solutions to complex problems. This is where we excel.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

As a business owner, I take great pride in the fact that I am able to create job opportunities for individuals in my community. Providing employment to hardworking individuals is not only fulfilling, but it also contributes to the growth and prosperity of our community as a whole. I am proud to play a small part in helping individuals achieve their dreams and support their families. I strongly believe in the power of work to transform lives, and I am grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. By fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment, I am confident that my business will continue to grow and thrive and that we will continue to create opportunities for those who need it most.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The hardest part of this role is the realization that your choices impact not only your own life but also the lives of your employees and their families. This added responsibility can weigh heavily on a business owner, as they must consider the consequences of their decisions and ensure they are making sensible choices that will benefit not only the business but also its employees. What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Starting and growing a business requires careful consideration and hard work.
