Tell us about yourself

I worked a 9-5 job before transitioning to digital marketing. I didn't like the work culture at my job and wanted more control over my income. One of my friends introduced me to affiliate marketing and gave it a shot for six months. Then I stumbled across Facebook advertising, which changed how I looked at online business. I realized the power of advertising when one of my clients was spending $1 and making back $3-$5 back on their investments in marketing. The thing that motivates me the most is allowing people to have more impact and wealth by spreading their business around the country.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is my time freedom. I am able to control what I do throughout the day. I love jujitsu and going to the gym, and long walks, and my freedom lifestyle allows me to do that without sacrificing hours behind the desk.

Apart from the impact I have on my clients, I am able to ultimately provide a very good lifestyle for my family. I also started a Youtube channel recently, teaching people about online business and social selling. Everyone in the next ten years has to learn how to sell on social media to grow their business. I am pioneering the breakthrough in this industry.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Getting started is the most difficult part about having a business, but once you have started, consistency is what sets you apart from all the noise.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Learn about a beginner-friendly business model, like starting an agency or a coaching business. Requires 0 capital to set up and has very high ROI.
  2. Once you find what you are interested in, finding mentors to learn from that can help shorten your learning process.
  3. Start with an end in mind and be focused on the journey. Document your journey so you can help people who are 2-3 steps behind you.
