What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a continuing dental education teaching center for dentists interested in improving their skills and knowledge through small class sizes, emphasizing hands-on practical training.

Tell us about yourself

I've been teaching since 1992. After a 3-decade career at UCLA, I started my own dental education enterprise to fill the gap between formal education and clinical practice. Witnessing the improvements made by our dentist participants is deeply fulfilling.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

We have been able to captivate so many dentists internationally with our YouTube channel, which has over 120,000 subscribers. Our teaching videos have helped thousands of dentists around the globe.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

We are constantly upgrading our courses to stay current and lead the pack with hands-on education. Providing the latest and most relevant information requires significant effort and time.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Follow your dream.
  2. Keep innovating.
  3. Never give up on a good idea.
