What's your business, and who are your customers?

We sell meal kits that are freezer-friendly, ready-to-cook, and kid-approved! We started with the intention of helping busy families get healthy dinners on the table quickly.

Tell us about yourself

We LOVE what we do! We are two sisters that started our business from a place of love. Both of us have been through circumstances where our people took care of us with gifts of food - we wanted to help do the same for others and be a part of their stories. Whether it's an exhausted mom, a grieving wife, a medical parent, a single dad, or a retired couple - we're here to help!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Starting a small business with my sister and staying in business through Covid. We have expanded enough now that we just signed a lease for a second location! Who would've thought?

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Setting boundaries is the hardest thing for a business owner. Not picking up your phone to answer an email at midnight or answering a call while you're out for dinner with your family. You think you always have to be on, or your customers are going to go elsewhere.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Take risks, little ones at first, but don't be afraid to say yes and figure it out as you go!
  2. Be okay with failure. I promise you'll learn from it.
  3. Be flexible - go with the flow, and pivot your business if you need to.
