I'm the owner of Awaken Pilates, based in Minneapolis, MN. We offer private and small group classes for a wide range of individuals, from healthy to injured. Our clients come to us because they want a professional to guide them through quality movement to get stronger & feel better in their bodies.

We are an independent, boutique fitness studio that teaches Megaformer and treadmill classes. Our customers have diverse backgrounds and fitness goals. Some are athletes looking to build strength and balance. Some are parents looking for a quick and effective workout in the limited time they have.
