What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business helps entrepreneurs grow their businesses by helping them with operations/virtual assistant services.
Tell us about yourself
Each day my 'why' are my five kids, and I love helping clients grow. I started out using my accounting degree but soon realized I really enjoy the admin work that clients need to get done. As a photographer and previous ballet teacher, I love to be creative. This leads me to help clients with different parts of design work. At the end of each day, it is being there to support women entrepreneurs, help them run their teams, and grow my own business.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I think my biggest accomplishment is watching my business grow and being able to have my own team.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Loneliness is something that is really hard for a business owner that works from home. I have to work hard to overcome this, as many of us do that work from home.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Just start... there are a lot of pieces you will figure out as you go.
- Find your tribe...you will need people to lean on as you build your business.
- Know that this path is windy and parts of your business will change, and that is ok.
