What's your business, and who are your customers?
Hi! I'm a corrective and wellness chiropractor taking care of all sizes of human spines. 🤲 Taking care of people has always come naturally to me. I LOVE serving and really making a difference in people’s lives…because in the end, it’s not just about the neck pain/back pain…it’s the ability to participate in LIFE and do the things you love doing.
Tell us about yourself
I'm a mom of two and an outdoor enthusiast. Canoeing, biking, snowboarding, or anything in nature will recharge me. I'm also involved in my local Rotary Club as a way for me to give back and contribute to my community.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is bringing together all these women into one practice. They are caring, compassionate, dedicated to growth, and full of LIFE! Can’t ask for a better group of people to truly serve our community.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing for me is putting myself out there to be seen. (I know I'm not the only one in this camp!) I have so many valuable things to share with my clients and audience, and what helps me is a routine to make myself do that sort of work with social media and producing content.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Learn about yourself first and how you are designed to operate. I find "My Human Design" helpful, and I certainly wish I had come across that information earlier in my life.
- There is no such thing as procrastination in my books. What I've found for me is that when the energy is in alignment with the task, it will easily flow and be much better than if it is forced.
- Create a vision board. You are powerful in what you can create (as long as it is in alignment). If what you truly desire is in front of your face everyday, you will be more likely to choose the path that will lead you there.
