What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is eyelash extensions, and my customers are any and all beautiful women who come to enhance their beauty or just simply looking to make their routine a little simpler.

Tell us about yourself

I spent five years working at a lash studio, learning as much as I possibly could and achieving the most I could. I left the studio that taught me everything as a trainer, master stylist, and lead stylist. The feeling I give these women when they sit up and take that first look in the mirror is one of my top motivations and, of course, my son!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

It's hard to say what my biggest accomplishment has been. I've had so many ups and downs that I would say the fact that I haven't given up and not let those down times keep me down.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Learning how to push through those hard times when business is slow, and you want to give up.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. If you think you know everything, just know you know nothing, haha.
  2. When you want to throw your hands up and give up, just know tomorrow is a new day.
  3. Be ready to stay up long nights and invest everything you got into your business.

I'm still learning every day, and I can't wait to see what The Lush Lash Room blossoms into over the next year.
