What's your business, and who are your customers?

We provide transformational coaching that helps our clients to break through one's limiting beliefs. Empowering them to always be more and do more. Our clients are corporate executives who are doing well in their careers. They did what they should, being responsible for their loved ones, and achieved a good life, yet they do not want to settle for a good life but a great life. We help our clients to step out of their comfort zone. This means pursuing a new purpose in life which brings them more fulfillment in the remaining years of their life, a better second half of their life.

Tell us about yourself

I wanted to stop climbing the corporate ladder and want to provide a service that I am passionate about and that gives me that sense of satisfaction. Hence what motivates me each day is the sense of satisfaction that derives from when I see the transformational changes in their life — better careers, better relationships at home & work, and better financial stability.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Walking away from a 6-figure salary to start a coaching business, and in 3 months, turning it into a profitable 6-figure coaching business.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

  • Believing in yourself that you are able to persist and emerge from the pandemic.
  • Having to deal with emotional stress when dealing with a new situation.
  • Having to deal with self-doubt.
  • Having to deal with financial losses.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be absolutely certain that you are passionate about what you do - this means being willing to still do what you do even if you aren't getting paid a cent.
  2. Work with a mindset coach - when you are starting a business, it's new, exciting, and scary! Fear and doubt will surface. You need to know how not to let these thoughts occupy your mind.
  3. Have a support system - one or two of your closest allies who will be there to cheer you on when you start to question yourself and want to quit.
