I'm a passionate HR business partner, having worked in HR for over 15 years. I became interested in appreciative inquiry back in 2012 and have been impressed at how transformational it is. I love looking for what's already working well everywhere I go.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Creating an Appreciative Inquiry forum to solve business issues.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Finding new contacts to share with.
