Tell us about yourself

I'm a Microsoft veteran with over 14 years of success in the advertising industry. I led teams supporting Fortune 500 brands and created a strategy for digital advertising tools covering $2 Billion in annual advertising revenue. In February 2012, I channeled my passion for digital technology into a new venture, TreDigital. Its mission is to make the digital experience simple while optimizing the brand's marketing budgets. I work with emerging technology companies to help them grow their online user base, create profitable marketing funnels, and establish online influence. I'm a frequent contributor to Huffington Post,, and Social Media Examiner. My advice is featured in Forbes, FOX News, Business Insider, and other top media. I was named the Top Social Media Influencer and am currently ranked as the Top Marketer.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

After 14 years in my dream job at Microsoft as a marketer, I decided to launch my own company. I had no prior startup experience and no connections in the industry, but I was driven by a desire to chase my dreams and make a difference. Starting my own business was a huge risk, but I was determined to turn my vision into a reality. I threw myself into my new venture, working tirelessly to build a company that would change the world. Despite the many challenges and obstacles I faced along the way, I never lost my determination or my passion.

Fast forward 10 years, and I am proud to say that my risk has paid off. I now run a global agency with a team and clients on almost every continent. My company has become a leader in our industry, and I am respected and admired by my peers and clients. I am grateful for the journey that has brought me to where I am today. It hasn't been easy, but it has been worth it. My success story is a testament to the power of determination and hard work. If I can do it, anyone can.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Difficult decisions are a hallmark of business ownership. As the head of your company, you're tasked with making decisions that shape its future. These choices can range from minor operational changes to major strategic shifts. Entering new markets, launching products, and reducing the workforce - all come with consequences and risks.

To make the right decision, you must understand your company's strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Analyze market trends and competition. Consider all factors, and prioritize long-term success. Confidence is key. Embrace uncertainty, and be comfortable with ambiguity. Take calculated risks. Strong leadership, clear vision, and tough decision-making are essential for success as a business owner.
