It's also proof of how we were able to help businesses across multiple industries, which showed the versatility and adaptability of our systems to different types of business.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

There are many challenges that business owners face, but one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner is managing risk. Every decision made by a business owner has an associated level of risk, and it can be difficult to navigate and mitigate potential risks while still making progress in growing the business. These risks can come in many forms, such as financial, market, regulatory, or even personal risks. Entrepreneurs have to make difficult decisions when it comes to allocating resources, investing in new opportunities, managing cash flow, and many more.

Another hard thing as a business owner is staying competitive. With the constant evolution of technology, new competitors entering the market, shifts in customer preferences, and economic conditions, keeping a business competitive can be very challenging. Staying competitive requires staying on top of industry trends and innovating to meet customer needs.

Luckily with the systems, amazing team, previous business experiences, and amazing mentors, we have had in the industry, like Dan Henry, Grant Cardone, and many others that we have also learned from, we have been able to avoid the most common pitfalls and struggles in the business and industry not only for ourself but also for our partners and clients.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Develop a clear niche and target market: The coaching and consulting industry is competitive, and it can be difficult to stand out. One way to set yourself apart is by identifying a specific niche or target market that you can serve effectively. This will make it easier to develop a targeted marketing strategy and create value for your clients. Also, by understanding the specific needs of your target market, you can tailor your services and develop a strong value proposition.

Build a strong personal brand: As a coach or consultant, your personal brand is critical to your success. This includes not just your image and reputation but also your values, mission, and message. By building a strong personal brand, you can establish yourself as an authority in your field and attract clients who are a good fit for your business.

Utilize automation and technology: Automation and technology can help coaches and consultants to save time, increase efficiency, and scale their businesses. By using automation tools, such as scheduling and client management systems, and marketing automation software, you can streamline your operations, scale your business, and reach more potential clients. Additionally, using technology and data to measure results, monitor, and evaluate your performance, and track your ROI on marketing efforts can help you make better data-driven decisions.

As a final note, you may want to emphasize on having a plan and sticking to it. This means being strategic in your decision-making, being able to measure your progress, and being open to changing course if necessary.
