What's your business and who are your customers?

Our business is all about helping determined entrepreneurs grow a business they are passionate about by leveraging their numbers to make strategic decisions. We work with entrepreneurs, start ups and small businesses.

Tell us about yourself

For the past 17 years, I have been working for very big and publicly listed companies in different strategic finance roles.

What I realized as the years went by, was as a member of the team even when I got to more senior and managerial roles, my contribution to the success and growth of the companies was getting diluted by so many layers of management and the level of bureaucracy they all inherit.

My passion has always been contributing to a greater good but that good was much bigger than what I wanted to be a part of. I wanted to contribute more and become an integral part of company’s prosperity and success in a way that I felt fulfil as well.

So that’s why I decided it was time to encapsulate all that passion and vision and form my own business. And that’ how crunch timeZ was born. I am so delighted to meet amazing entrepreneurs and business owners and support them to achieve the success and freedom they envision when they started their businesses.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Witnessing other businesses growth and prosperity is what I am so proud of.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Being resilient and keep pushing through no matter what.

What are the top 3 tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

1- Plan Strategically but Start early and be open to receive feedback as soon as possible.

2- Know your numbers and support every decision you make through crunching the numbers and if you are willing to take risks, know your limits.

3- Don’t do it alone. Build a support system around you. It might sound expensive getting help from other experts in the field but you can move many more miles instead of burning your cash doing it on your own
