What's your business, and who are your customers?
I love coaching and consulting with women between 45-60 who are starting over in life, with careers, relationships life itself, to teach them to reclaim their power. The result is they Flourish and Thrive.
Tell us about yourself
What motivates me is that I want all children on the planet to Thrive and Flourish and be raised in an environment where they are loved, valued, appreciated, and respected. My experience is that most of the time, women are responsible for raising children. When women are grounded and own their power, they will create an environment for their children to flourish and thrive.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being one of 5 people globally to be certified to lead a course called Reclaim Your Power. Also, I became a best-selling author of a book called "Getting Unstuck" you can purchase that on Amazon and a few other places. Creating a 21-Day Challenge "Being Unstoppable Getting Unstuck" Being a successful entrepreneur since 1977. I have created over six different businesses and am starting a 7th.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Keeping focused. Being organized, knowing when to say no, and not taking anything personally. Being self-motivated and creating teams that are a fit for me to keep expanding. Also, where to invest my monies in courses that will have me a better coach.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Do something that breathes life into you. It brings you the joy you love doing it.
- Be willing to fail and grow from failure.
- Look and see what you are committed to and make sure your actions are aligned or correlated to that commitment
