Tell us about yourself
I started my company back in 2013 as a solo freelance writer on the side of my nursing job. I wanted to scale my business and chose the agency route.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I was able to leave the bedside and work from home to be with my family more.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Doing "all the things" and no one telling you what needs to be done.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- FIND the time. You have it; you have to find it.
- Ask others what you're good at - usually, the things we're good at are things we don't think we're good at.
- Be consistent. Show up every day!
