What's your business, and who are your customers?
Our business serves online businesses with the management of paid ads such as Google Ads, YouTube, and Shopping ads, Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram Ads, TikTok, and many other social media platforms.
Our clients are in the e-Commerce niche. They are online course creators or involved in coaching and consulting gigs.
Tell us about yourself
In 2014 I started my first business, selling products via the Amazon platform. Back then, my skill sets all formed around the Amazon ecosystem, and my general curiosity regarding brand building grew. In 2018 I decided to sell this business, and I started to become a media buyer instead.
Since then, I have been educating myself and receiving coaching and mentoring from the best media buyers in the world. Today, I am happy to have a team that can help me to run our paid media accounts, and I am working more on the strategic tasks of this business.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Building a great team and attracting amazing clients.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Identifying what aspect of the business deserves the most attention at a given time. There are always many burning fires to solve inside, but there is only a handful of those that are moving the business forward. Identifying those is a key skill.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Expect to turn around your life at first. Starting a business is like going on a boat and sailing for the first time into wild water while before only staying in a safe harbor.
- There are many risks and dangers, but with the right mindset, you can turn all of those into assets over time.
- As being patient is my last piece of advice here. It's a process that we need to understand takes time and is different for everyone.
