What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a Microsoft partner offering accounting and sales ERP and CRM systems to businesses around the world. We specialize in business automation as well as implementation, training, development, and more.

Tell us about yourself

I have been using and implementing Dynamics software for over 20 years. After building three Dynamics cloud practices from scratch, I felt that the timing was right to go out on my own and build an amazing team that is passionate about Microsoft and Dynamics products.

I am very motivated to grow this business and to hire and train both women and minorities, including younger people, to help continue to diversify the tech community. My motivation has been my two kids for the past 18 years. I want to be a great leader and inspiration to them as they get older.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I would say building a very strong social media network and presence. I have so many friends and connections in my social media network that have been a great strength as I grow this business.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Starting from nothing is always difficult. All my blood, sweat, and tears are put into this company, and it is what I am passionate about.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Be patient, as good things take a while. Shake off fear and doubt and meet them head-on. You are smarter and stronger than you think; you got this.
