As a sport scientist, I offer variety of services to professional athletes, teams, companies, and individuals. These services include lectures & seminars, nutrition plans, training programs, supplement research & development, sport analytics, and more.

We offer training to perinatal mental health professionals to help them support their clients through postpartum depression/anxiety, burnout, birth and reproductive trauma, loss, etc.

We strive to be a reflection of real people, not media. Our ideal client is diverse in race, age, gender identity, sexuality, ability, size, and fitness-level. These clients value health, balance, support, authenticity, and meaningful relationships.

ReferToMe.ca was created for Canadian mental health, allied health and medical doctors to be able to find and refer patients and clients to one another.

After the sudden loss of a family dog to cancer, we realized that we were feeding our dogs wrong. And, that our dogs can thrive from the same incredible healing foods that we feed ourselves, so we set out to reinvent the modern pet pantry to change our dogs’ lives for the better.
