What's your business, and who are your customers?

I’m a Mindset Coach and Microdosing Educator; my clients are anyone at a crossroads in their life wanting to level up into their authenticity and purpose.

Tell us about yourself

I started working as a coach in 2008 after realizing the benefits of sharing my process for dissolving limiting beliefs and patterns. Watching my clients transform and live their purpose, doing what they love, is incredibly motivating. It’s a mirror of my own life.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Combining coaching and microdosing education. I’m a Mindset Coach, but I also offer what I call MicroCoaching. This 12-week intensive supports clients on a microdosing protocol to get the highest benefit from the process. It’s exciting to guide people through the process and watch how quickly they make significant changes in work, relationships, and personal identity. All areas of life begin to expand with opportunities in this process.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Nothing is promised or certain. An entrepreneur must keep going on the matter of the circumstances. You’ve got to stay dedicated and focused on what you are building, even when the way forward becomes unclear. Discipline and clarity are to success. You must see the outcome in your mind because there are times when challenges will obscure the path.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Have a dedicated morning routine that includes exercise, meditation, and planning all of your days. Improve discipline. Be extremely clear on your goals.
