What's your business, and who are your customers?

Motivational Speaker, Training, Coaching, Development. We inspire companies and people to achieve their maximum potential and extraordinary results through high-impact training and coaching, and development. Beyond training, our focus is on working the base, motivation, and attitude for action.

Tell us about yourself

I first started in corporate training when I won an audition/casting to be an MC at a huge multinational Pharma Sales conference. It was so successful that afterward, they asked me, "can you help train some of our doctors in Public speaking? I had no idea, so, of course, I said YES! The rest is history.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Transforming my delivery to a totally online format during The pandemic and beating my record of sales and income during 2020/21/22. Also managing to run all my programmes across 5 languages and maintain The sale level of Impact.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The uncertainty can be a little stressful sometimes but also stimulating. I think The hardest thing is recruitment and trusting that others can and Will deliver your product as well, if not better than you.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
