What's your business, and who are your customers?

Brandan Rader Consulting LLC is an interpersonal relationship firm dedicated to helping high-caliber singles attract their ideal match and cultivate their dream relationship using coaching, matchmaking, masterclasses, and personal styling. Our approaches are predicated on extensive psychological research in the lab and methods tested in the field.

Tell us about yourself

I’m an award-winning psychological researcher who has extensively investigated first-date-to-divorce-date. I graduated Cum Laude top of my class with a master’s degree in psychology and professional certificates in Interpersonal Relationship Mediation, Matchmaking, Community and Behavioral Health, and Human Behavioral Research. My academic foundation and professional experiences have provided me with an understanding of the deepest webbings of human nature. At the core of human nature are relationships. They shape us, they motivate us, they can lift us up, they can tear us down, and they give life meaning. One of the most significant relationships in our lifespan is our life partner. As such, I want to help people create a happy, healthy long-term relationship with their ideal match.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My company has had a 90% CONFIRMED success rate for about 2 years. That is the highest in the industry.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Finding a balance between working in your business and on your business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. You must be a self-starter. Creating a master to-do list and breaking it down into actionable diurnal to-do lists will help with this.
  2. You must be disciplined. Hold yourself accountable for achieving the items on your to-do lists in a specified time frame.
  3. Find your niche. Knowing your target demographic and how to stand out amongst competitors is essential to being successful.
