Our platform supports you, your people, and your business through content that enhances engagement and facilitates expert coaching. This helps you to build a strong culture and support the vision and mission of every person in the company. Tell us about yourself

I became a founder by accident. My co-founder was first my friend, and he is a coach. During COVID, we looked at solutions on how to transform his business digitally. He had a solution that he started to build, and then I saw the full potential that it could be rolled out to more coaches and companies to help their people grow and reach their full potential. That is how we came up with our goal to help a million people each day with a coach in their pockets. I have lived through a lot in my life, and I could have gone two ways, the bad way or how to help people thanks to my family and upbringing, I decided to help people, and that drives me every day.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I love my family is my biggest accomplishment. In business, as a founder of a start-up, you have a lot of wins, and we believe in celebrating every win, no matter how small it may be. We have a ritual of dancing every time we have a win, and I try to dance every day. I think my biggest accomplishment is yet to come, but I have a lot of small wins that will bring a big one soon. I would tell every founder to engage with their people and have something that they share as we have with our dance; it can be hard, but small wins will turn into big ones, and after that, big ones will turn into bigger ones.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being a founder of a start-up, you have a lot of challenges but sticking to it even when it is hard is the only thing you can do. The hardest thing is being away from your family when you are trying to build your company. Another thing can be to think you can't do a hard thing when you need to, for example, break ties with people or partners before they can damage your business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Just do it; you will learn more than you think about yourself, your friends, and the business world.
  2. Don't be afraid to trust yourself and do what you think is right.
  3. Find a good co-founder and trust them to help you and support you.
