Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Pavel Stuchlik, managing partner of Conscious Spaces, located in Las Vegas, NV, USA.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

We have created a "conscious consumer" marketplace for Conscious homes & environments. From cleaner air to purer water and state-of-the-art infrared saunas to protection from EMFs and blue light, find everything you need to transform your space into a health-enhancing haven. Our customers are people that are fed up with buying toxic products that are literally killing us. From toxic paint, air filters, and water we get from the city to the constant blue light exposure. Most importantly, technology pollution is now everywhere, with over 6000 studies proving its harmful effects, but yet like cigarettes in the 1950s, we are saying it's all good. Our customers are biohackers, seekers of truth, visionaries, mothers & high achievers.

Tell us about yourself

I have a long history of building purpose-driven businesses. I have spent the last decade traveling the world and, speaking at major conferences and retreats & creating awareness that we can live in harmony, health, and happiness with one and another. Using cutting-edge science and verified products, I have been on a hunt to find the solution. I found Conscious Spaces at the Health Optimization Summit in London, where I was a speaker and fell in love with the founder, mission, and aligned vision of making the earth a better place. My motivation is to be in service to others bringing education, inspiration, motivation and results with building allies in communities that are ready for more.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I have sold Orangetheory Fitness Area developing rights & multitude of franchises all across the country, from Hawaii to Miami. My biggest region was Georgia state which was the fastest-growing area during my time now, with over 50 locations alone. Now that is the ego-driven results, but really what I value the most is the company cultures we were able to build and the success stories of people bringing their health back to their hands. I have been involved with countless amounts of start-ups, from Upgrade Labs in LA to Frequency Breathwork in New York, to help companies scale in a more holistic way for the greatest good of the world.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

What has been the hardest is working against the system we are raised in, from our education to our media. We are taught that we are not enough, often scared and thinking that we need to be like others to be successful in this rat game. We are supposed to be looking only one way and forget the immense power we have inside and even more when we UNITE. This mindset has been hardest, especially when I converted my companies into self-managed entities, where I realized that people weren't taught how to be leaders and they were scared of responsibility.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Re-Define our purpose here on earth. We are chasing money, fame & power. How much we "raise" as a start-up has been this new way of success which, to me, has to go! Bringing true values back where we spent time in harmony with families, friends, time with self & career can create true lasting wins!
  2. Start with your WHY! It's ironic, but the intention is everything, whether you are starting new gym membership or a personal relationship. If your WHY is not strong enough with burning desire coming from your heart, your flame can turn off faster than we think.
  3. Slow down & listen to your silent voice. There is a subtle voice inside of our brain that is always guiding us. When we tune out of the world, even just for a moment every day, and connect to the earth, ourselves, and higher service, we all of a sudden stop living from a place of fear and "have to do" but from a place of BEing. Be-Do-Have has been my core value for everything.
