What's your business, and who are your customers?

FitLife Med Spa is a health, wellness, and aesthetics spa. We provide Excellent Care with Exceptional Results.

Tell us about yourself

By trade, I am a General Contractor and Realtor. I started the med spa because I have a passion for aesthetics. We opened our doors five years ago. I get excited to share treatments that help our patients Look Great and Feel Great.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Assembling a team of providers that are experts in their field and have the heart of a teacher. We can relate to our patients because we all need and have treatments for everything we offer.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

I think the hardest thing is figuring out where to spend your time. As an owner, everything is on you, and you must wear many hats. Figuring out when to hire someone to replace tasks or jobs that you can have someone else do.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Research carefully for yourself, and don't just trust salespeople.
  2. Budget and pay attention to your money.
  3. Set financial goals and make sure you are achieving those goals. It is important to know how to pivot if things change.
