What's your business, and who are your customers?
Launched in 1998, Global Studio is an interactive marketing agency, an online entrepreneurship academy, a publishing house, a photography gallery, and much more. We work with some of the most motivated and innovative people on the planet to convert their ideas into fully functioning and thriving organizations that are impacting the world in a positive way.
We use all 64 crayons in the box in terms of strategies, experience, tools, and outrageous creativity to offer the entrepreneurs we serve an absolutely dynamic customized plan and pathway to their success.
Tell us about yourself
I make things up for a living. As a marketing agency owner for a quarter century, a published author of historical novels, a producer of emmy-award winning documentaries, a photographer and songwriter...creativity is what I do. It's who I am.
Growing up as a kid, I always wanted to be a famous author. As I grew older, I got just as excited about making my clients famous as in, helping to tell the stories about their business, products, and services in a compelling, interesting, and convincing way.
I absolutely love working with entrepreneurs who have the audacity to dream big and to try to make those dreams come true. They come to me for marketing consulting, but I end up being able to assist them in all aspects of their business, which spills into success in their life.
For this opportunity, I am truly humbled. I never take for granted that these amazing, creative, and driven individuals take me along their journey as a guide.
It is exhilarating to see their ideas, once mere scribbles on a cocktail napkin, come to full and fabulous reality. This is whether their organization is brand new or it's been passed down for generations.
Helping them with their dreams is my dream job.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Without a doubt, my greatest accomplishment is the formation of relationships with incredible people who overflow with integrity, ideas, and the unrelenting desire to improve their lives and the lives of those around them.
When it comes to business...it's all about relationships.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The heart of the business owner is infinitesimally important to achieving true success in life, yet it's often ignored in the twisting madness of keeping up and getting ahead. I produce and co-host the "Two Are Gathered Leadership Podcast," which centers solely around this challenge, providing insights, hard-earned wisdom, and encouragement to entrepreneurs.
