What's your business, and who are your customers?
I help organizations prevent and resolve workplace issues that threaten profitability by coaching managers to improve their skills, providing hiring consultation, helping to peacefully resolve conflicts, and providing training.
Tell us about yourself
I began my business out of the frustration of working with supervisors who lacked people skills. I stay motivated by knowing the importance of what I do and how it contributes to work satisfaction and general happiness.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Transitioning from working as a mental health therapist to an executive coach and management consultant.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
For me, it's the isolation of working from home.
