What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a sales development company that does not believe in training salespeople until the underlying problems are corrected. Things like sales culture, accountability, and sales managers who can grow a team. We work with visionary CEOs and Sales VPs who must create a high-performing sales organization and move the needle on revenue growth.

Tell us about yourself

I am an entrepreneur at heart and a salesperson who loves to help clients have problems. I am a husband and proud father. I am motivated by solving the root causes of the challenges my clients have. This is what gets me out of bed in the morning.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is growing my business every year through introductions and referrals. Clients who become evangelists are one of my biggest assets.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Finding employees who have a strong desire to grow professionally and financially.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Understand what drives you. What brings you passion and fulfillment - do that work!
  2. Figure out the value of your time and delegate or outsource everything that doesn't generate that value.
  3. Don't forget about your health and your family. Balance!!!
