What's your business, and who are your customers?

INFUSE theory is a Business development coach in Platform specializing in sales and leadership. Voted top San Diego career coaching company for the past two years, we work with clients virtually throughout the US and Canada. Our clients are professionals of all experience and industries who are in roles of sales or leadership. Currently, we serve over 20 industries with guided workbooks, PowerPoint, and videos which include group and one on one coaching.

Tell us about yourself

I have my bachelors in business marketing and my master's in education. For the past 20 years, I have dedicated my professional life to the roles of sales and leadership. I started from the very bottom as a sales representative and have claimed the corporate ladder to CEO by age 40. My journey has included both W-2 and later 1099 roles representing fortune 500 and 100 companies. For the past 15 years, I have passionately developed producers and team leaders within the insurance and investment industry.

As an internationally certified DISC coach, which is a behavior profiling tool, and former co-author of Pure Wealth, my daily purpose is to mentor others towards increasing their impact, influence, and productivity. I am passionate about impacting my clients on a personal and professional level by increasing their confidence, implementing systems, and securing their financial growth.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Through my coaching program, seeing my clients double, if not quadruple, their income by creating clarity and consistency within their life. Seeing the difference I have made in their life impacting everyone within their personal and professional world.

On a personal note, launching a business from scratch over the years both in the financial and coaching industry and seeing it grow exponentially on an annual basis through protecting the lives of the people served.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Time management, time blocking, creating systems that produce results, separating yourself from your target market, welcoming failures, and being ready and open to continuous shifts and growth opportunities within the business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be clear and passionate about what you want to do.
  2. Don't allow money to be your primary driver or decision-making of the industry and role you decide to focus on.
  3. Developed systems and processes that separate you from your competition.
