What's your business, and who are your customers?

Innate Rhythm is a virtual women's healthcare practice specializing in unexplained infertility. We help women struggling to conceive find their missing answers and guide them to take action at the root cause level.

Tell us about yourself

I'm a Nutritionist and Certified Fertility Awareness Practitioner. Combined with my personal hormone imbalance journey, early on in my education, I became fascinated by female physiology and haven't looked back. I'm increasingly dissatisfied with the traditional medical model of supporting women on their fertility journey and am motivated every day to close the gap on what women were never taught about their bodies, to inspire autonomy and advocacy, and to facilitate real fertility solutions.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Helping hundreds of women understand their menstrual cycle for the first time and how to use it as a means to optimize their fertility with real solutions while living a happier and healthier life is by far my greatest joy and accomplishment.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Lately, it has been staying focused on one idea and path and not letting my entrepreneurial spirit pull me off course before I execute.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Spend time learning about human psychology and how to sell.
  2. Rather than decreasing your prices, work to increase your value.
  3. Don't let yourself overthink an idea to death. You won't know what you need to change until you launch and execute.
