I am the Founder and owner of Kpathtowellness. I have a medical background, and working in the health field, I experienced different levels of health needed to support people. After I had my son, I experienced major post-partum depression year of 2015. It took me a couple of years to be myself again. Since I was a stay-at-home mom, I felt something missing and researched how to support my mental health and body. I took a class for a year at IIN Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches. I received a lot of support and knowledge, among other learning experiences. Coaching is a natural next step in my professional Healthcare Journey. I embraced my spirituality which opened many doors. I was trained to work with women who need to heal their wombs. Including generational trauma, I work with women, men, and children alike.
